In these challenging times we want to make sure we are doing all we can to help, we’re making viewings simpler and renting better:
Virtual Tours
Take a 3d virtual tour of a 1, 2 or 3 bed apartment, with new apartments added weekly. Walk through the rooms that could become your home, measure out spaces to make sure they work for you, see the overhead floor plan to really get a sense of how the space works - all from your screen.
Video tours
As well as 3d tours we are also offering video tours of a selection of apartments. If you are intersted in a floor or an apartment we don’t have a video of yet, just let us know.
Contact-lite viewing
Government advice now permits physical viewings, in line with this we will be running 'contact-lite' viewings: no shaking hands, keeping space between you and the agent and documents exchanged electronically where possible.

Rent support
We are giving all residents a two week 'rent break' if you need to self-isolate and are unable to work during the period.
Work from home
When it comes to working from home, all our apartments are pre-wired for Virgin Media Broadband, which can be turned on within approximately 72 hours of contracts being signed. Where things may take longer for any reason we are happy to supply free 4G hubs as an interim step.
Remote access
Each apartment has a video door entry system so items can be delivered securely into the main entrance area, or to your door, without the need for contact with the person delivering them.
Subsidised parking
If you do have a car and will be driving more to avoid public transport we can offer subsidised parking in two nearby car parks - as well as access to the 'drop and go' parking space at the rear of the Residence.
