Through Pinnacle Group we offer you profesional 24/7 property management, not ‘we’ll get round to it soon’, not ‘ we’re processing your enquiry’ but honest, hard working and efficient building management. The whole block is newly built so we will work hard to keep it looking great and working well and make sure issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.

Here are just some of our commitments to you when you make the Residence your home: 

  • Weekly cleans of the communal areas

  • Weekly check of all communal and external lights (And fixed where needed) 

  • 6 monthly window cleans to keep the rooms as light and airy as they are when you moved in (we clean them then too!)

  • And if things do need fixing we offer a 24/7 helpdesk repair service through both our online portal and telephone service

  • Response within 4 hours and a fix within 24 hours for very urgent issues like burst pipes or boilers

  • Urgent repairs like, heating issues or problems with the loos, will be made within 3 days

  • And more routine issues like a floor or wall tile that may need replacing if broken will be done within 2 weeks

What we think will give you the most confidence is to come and see the apartments, they are well made and finished to a high standard, so along with the sterling support of The Property Managers and your efforts to look after it, we think you will find it a wonderful place to call your home.
