How you get around is important, we want to make sure the Residence is equipped to meet your changing needs, from cycle stores, to drop and go parking.

Safe and secure cycle storage on site

We have to cycle stores on site. One undercover on the ground floor, which you can only access once you have entered the building using your fob or door code. We also have a second covered cycle store to the rear of the building. Both areas are well lit with the surrounding area covered by CCTV. So no more having to wheel your bike inside each day, or worrying you will come out to a wet bike, or maybe even no bike at all. There is also a communal tap and hose so if you need to give you bike a wash down after a muddy cycle we’ve got you covered.

Drop and Go parking spots

To the rear of the Residence there is a dedicated ‘Drop and Go’ parking bay, so you can bring your car right up to the back door to unload your shopping, pick people up or drop them off. Along with the subsidised local parking this should mean you can always park when you need to, and have your car close your apartment for when it counts. 

Local Parking

We are happy to offer residence local parking passes for Lurke Street car park (opposite the Residence) and Queen Street car park (5 min walk) we coordinate the application and passes so they are ready for move in and then take monthly payments alongside your rent for the full parking charges. We are aware at the moment that even more people are needed to drive to work and public transport is not an option for some, so we want to do what we can to help.
